2020 Skate & Ride is a registered CIC (Community Interest Company). As part of our constitution, all participants are required to complete this consent form. Those aged under 16 will require a parent or guardian signature. All those entering the premises of 2020 Skate & Ride are required to agree and abide by the facility's rules whilst visiting the skatepark.

Access to 2020 Skate & Ride will not be permitted without this consent form being completed in full.

Are there any medical conditions or existing injuries that you need to make 2020 Skate & Ride aware of?

Helmets are compulsory at all times for scooter riders and all other users under 16 years of age riding / skating at 2020 Skate & Ride. Riders and skaters under the age of 18 may only use the facility without a helmet with written permission of a parent / legal guardian (who must sign the form at the premises). It is strongly advised that users wear suitable protective gear such as knee and elbow pages, wrist guards and mouth guards.

On any given day the senior supervisor reserves the right to insist on any individual using the facility / ramps must wear a helmet and has the authority to insist a person stops an activity that they regard / observe as being excessive in risk or beyond the individual user's capability.

Only equipment deemed safe to ride by staff will be permitted to use at the skatepark.

Bikes and scooters are required to have bar ends / end caps on all handlebars and pegs (in good condition). These can be purchased or hired at the premises.

Those aged under 8 require a parent or guardian (over the age of 18) to remain within the skatepark at all times.

Spectators may not enter the ramp area without the discretion and permission of staff

No food or drinks may be taken into the ramp area.

Anyone who is thought to be intoxicated shall not be permitted to use the ramp facilities. Alcohol is not permitted on 2020 Skate && Ride premises.

Smoking is not permitted in the building.

Chewing gum is prohibited in the building.

Staff at 2020 Skate & Ride are first aid trained. Please make them aware of any pre-existing conditions that may affect any medical treatment given.
